TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We're excited to have you! Let's get you ready to rock your event with a few quick steps:

Familiarize yourself with our simple venue rules and potential charges.
Share the deposit proof for our reference.

Venue Dos and Don'ts:

Help us keep the venue pristine: no shoes, pets, or smoking.
Keep food and drinks clear of play areas.
Maintain a happy neighborly vibe with considerate noise levels.
For everyone's safety, our CCTV is watching – no tampering, please.
Leave the space tidy – extra mess means extra fees.

Before you go:

Clear out any decorations and spills.
Take out the trash just outside the lift on Level 4.
Clean and return all kitchenware.
Reset the furniture.
Switch off all electronics and lock up!

Booked time includes setting up and winding down. Overstaying? It's $150/hour on weekdays, $200/hour on weekends. Please be advised that staying beyond the allotted time by more than 15 minutes will incur an additional charge for the full hour.

Oops! Did something go wrong? Here’s what it might cost:

Venue property mishaps: repair/replacement costs.
Pool table accidents: $600 for cloth care.
Extra cleaning efforts: $100-$400.
Spillage within SpaceyTunes or outside common areas: $200.
Any indoor footwear or furry friends: $300.
Lighting up inside/outside SpaceyTunes: $150.
Misplaced furniture: $50.
Neighborly disturbances or police drop-ins: $300.

Security Deposit:

A security deposit ($800) guards against mishaps. It's all yours again within a week post-event if all is well.

Your deposit transfer and form submission mean you're aware of the rules and ready to party responsibly. Let's make it memorable!

Cancellation Policy:

Requests made less than 28 days before the event date - 50% refund.
Requests made less than 14 days before the event date - No refund.

Alterations to the booking date and time are subject to the discretion of management and availability.
